Holle A2 Organic Cow Milk Formula Stage 3 is a nutritionally complete growing-up milk made with the finest organic ingredients. This gentle formula is suitable for babies from 12 months and should be given as part of a mixed diet. Holle organic growing-up milk is made with a blend of whey protein and casein. The A2 milk is sourced only from organic farms and specially selected cows that produce only A2 beta-casein protein. The beta-casein in this formula is structurally different than the ones found in A1 milk, due to the difference in the amino acids present. This difference is important because beta-casomorphin-7 (BCM7), the end product of protein breakdown, is not produced once the A2 milk is digested.
